Monica Linford the Creator of the Chi Ball Method


TheChi Ball Method concentrates on feeling good. What makes it truly unique is its alignment with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Chi Ball came into being as a result of Monica's own struggle with chronic Fatigue Syndrome. She spent more than 10 years researching and developing the ChiBall Method. Which now offers real results for many other sufferers as well as helping busy people sustain a high quality of energy.

The Chi Ball Method incorporates five exercise disciplines:
1. Energize and Tone ( Tai Chi, Chi Kung and ChiBall Aerobic Dance) for energy, internal health and balance.
2. Yoga for strength, flexibility and balance.
3. Body Conditioning / Pilates to stabilise the torso and body control
4. Feldenkrais Method for relaxation and effortless movement.
5. Deep Relaxation for harmony, good health and general well-being.
