Perfect Form Pilates now in it's 10th year will make it happen for you.
Pilates classes will tone your muscles and improve your posture.
The Pilates method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises. It is a low impact approach that is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Pilates is a particulary good exercise for many people with back pain as it is designed to strengthen the deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor muscles which provide support to the back.

Bookings will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

Deadline for the early bird special is January 9, 2012.
Payment may be made by cash, Money Order, cheque or direct debit via the net.

Note: Classes will only be held if numbers warrant. A booking sheet will be available for you to book your spot. Payment is required in advance and a minimum of 5 paid bookings is reqiuired for the class to be held. The casual classes are not for complete beginners but providing you have attended at least one full term of Pilates Essential you may attend. Options will be provided for all levels.
